Making sure we have the highest quality product on the market is a huge concern for us. Our quality assurance team's main goal is to find any problems in the programs and have them corrected before the software reaches the customer.
We use both black and white box testing methods. We utilize the black box method more often because it allows the team to work blind to the program specifics, while still knowing the overall functionality of the program.
We want the best possible product delivered to the customer, so the team will go over every program with an eye on detail. They are a part of the design phase from the beginning to ensure that the flow and format stay consistent throughout the entire product.
