Michael Benoit collaborates with Dealerspan on Red Flag Regulations

Hudson Cook is a leading provider of legal compliance services to the financial services industry, and Michael is a well known speaker and author on this and other compliance matters, and he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the regulation that can be interpreted and implemented many ways.
This new rule applies to all dealers, big and small, who provide financing in the dealership or through 3rd parties to consumers, and has a mandatory compliance date of November 1st of this year.
